Banana's (bunch)

Store your organic bananas at room temperature away from direct sunlight until they reach your preferred ripeness. Keep bananas in a cool, well-ventilated spot and separate them from other ethylene-sensitive fresh organic produce.

Once your fresh bananas are ripe, placing them in the refrigerator can extend their usable life by around 5–7 days or longer. The banana skin will naturally darken in the fridge, but the fruit inside can remain fresh and perfectly good to eat.

For longer-term storage, peel ripe organic bananas, slice if desired, and freeze in an airtight container for several months. Frozen bananas are ideal for smoothies, baking and homemade desserts.
