Cauliflower (each)

Store your organic cauliflower in the refrigerator crisper drawer, ideally with the stem facing down to help prevent moisture from collecting on the florets. Keep your fresh cauliflower unwashed and loosely wrapped or inside a perforated produce bag.

When stored properly, a whole fresh organic cauliflower can keep for around 2–3 weeks, and sometimes longer when exceptionally fresh and kept under ideal refrigerated conditions. Remove any discoloured outer leaves or small surface spots as needed while the firm florets underneath remain fresh.

For longer-term storage, organic cauliflower can be cut into florets, blanched and frozen for 8–12 months, making it great for soups, curries, roasting and cauliflower rice.
