Slice fresh organic spring onions into salads, stir-fries, noodle and rice dishes, soups and omelettes, or scatter them fresh over meals as a simple garnish. Their mild flavour works especially well in Asian-inspired dishes and fresh sauces.

Store your organic spring onions in the refrigerator with the roots and lower stems standing in a small jar of water. Loosely cover the green tops with a reusable bag and change the water every few days to help maintain freshness.
When stored correctly, fresh organic spring onions can keep for around 2–4 weeks or longer. Alternatively, wrap them in a slightly damp paper towel and store inside a reusable produce bag or sealed container in the refrigerator crisper drawer.
For even longer storage, spring onions can be chopped and frozen for several months for use in cooked dishes. If the roots are still attached, you can also place your fresh spring onions in water or soil and allow the green tops to regrow, giving you multiple harvests.
