Store your organic rocket in the refrigerator crisper drawer. For maximum freshness, keep the leaves dry and place them in a sealed container or reusable produce bag lined with a paper towel to absorb excess moisture.
When stored correctly, fresh organic rocket can keep for around 1–2 weeks, and exceptionally fresh rocket may last longer under ideal refrigerated conditions. Remove any yellowing or damaged leaves as they appear to help the remaining fresh rocket leaves stay crisp.
If your rocket begins to wilt, place the leaves in ice-cold water for 10–15 minutes to help revive their texture. Keep rocket away from ethylene-producing fruits such as apples, bananas and avocados, which can cause fresh leafy greens to deteriorate faster.
