Potatoes - Agria

Store your organic Agria potatoes in a cool, dark, dry and well-ventilated place, ideally in a paper bag, cardboard box or breathable produce sack. Avoid direct sunlight, which can cause potatoes to turn green, and don't store them in sealed plastic bags where moisture can build up.

When stored correctly, fresh Agria potatoes can keep for 1–3 months or longer, particularly when kept in consistently cool, dark conditions. Avoid storing your organic potatoes next to onions, as gases and moisture released by each can encourage faster deterioration.

For the longest storage life, keep Agria potatoes whole, dry and unwashed until you're ready to cook them. Agria is a popular floury potato variety that's particularly well suited to roasting, baking, mashing, chips and crispy roast potatoes.
