Tomatoes - Merlice Truss
Room Temperature: Keep tomatoes at room temperature, out of direct sunlight, until fully ripe. This helps preserve their flavour and texture.
Fridge: Once fully ripe, refrigerating can extend their life by around 5–10 days. Bring them back to room temperature before eating for the best flavour.
Tip: Leave tomatoes attached to the truss until you’re ready to use them where possible, and avoid storing them in sealed plastic where moisture can build up.
