Celeriac, also known as celery root, is a wonderfully earthy and versatile root vegetable with a mild celery-like flavour and subtle nuttiness. Beneath its rough exterior is crisp, creamy-white flesh that becomes beautifully soft and slightly sweet when cooked.

Our organic celeriac is grown without synthetic pesticides or chemical fertilisers. It’s delicious roasted, mashed, added to soups and stews, or sliced thin and eaten raw in salads and slaws. Think of it as an earthy alternative to potato, with the fresh flavour of celery.
